English Fools Day Demonstration 1st April 2014

English Fools Day Demonstration 1st April 2014

The English Democrats are organising demonstrations on April 1st outside English Department of Health Offices in protest over continued unfair Prescription Charges - which are going up again on that day in England! The English Democrats’ Demonstrations will take place on April 1st between 10 am to 12.00 noon at various venues across England.

The English are now the last nation within the UK not to have free prescriptions as the Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish have all got free prescriptions for all their people at English taxpayers' expense. To add insult to injury the British Government has announced that it will be putting up the prescription charges from £7.85 to £8.05 (increasing to £8.25 in the next year) in England only! The British Government clearly thinks that the English are fools and maybe we are if we put up with them!

The cost of NHS prescriptions in England will rise 20p to £8.05 from 1st April and NHS Dental charges are also rising by up to £5.00.

Doctors leaders have already said the current system is unfair and needs to be reformed in England – the English Democrats strongly agree. Here is a video clip which explains the English Democrats' approach >>>

A British Medical Association spokesperson said recently that the current system needs reforming:-

“It’s unfair for patients as whether you pay depends not only on what part of the UK you live in, but also on what kind of condition you have. The bureaucracy to administer the charging and exemption regime is also cumbersome and costly. The BMA believes it would be best to abolish prescription charges in England altogether.”

English Democrats’ Chairman, Robin Tilbrook, said:- “We agree whole-heartedly with the BMA. Prescription charges should be scrapped in England – just like they have been in the rest of the UK. This is just another example of the anti-English bias of a British government hell bent on profiteering from English taxpayers who are often being made to pay twice through their tax and for their prescription charges as well as for the Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish to have it free. The English Democrats are committed to fighting this kind of injustice and getting fair and equal treatment for the English”. The British Government thinks that the English are fools. We are trying to show them that not every Englishman and Englishwoman is so easily fooled! Even on April Fools day!

Key facts about the English Democrats
The English Democrats launched in 2002. The English Democrats are the English nationalist Party which campaigns for a referendum for Independence for England; for St George’s Day to be England’s National holiday; for Jerusalem to be England’s National Anthem; to leave the EU; for an end to mass immigration; for the Cross of St George to be flown on all public buildings in England.

The English Democrats are England’s answer to the Scottish National Party and Plaid Cymru. The English Democrats’ greatest electoral successes to date include winning the Directly Elected Executive Mayoralty of Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council and the 2012 referendum; We won the referendum which triggered a referendum to give Salford City an Elected Mayor; In 2012 we saved all our deposits in the Police Commissioner elections and came second in South Yorkshire; In the 2009 EU election we gained 279,801 votes after a total EU campaign spend of less than £25,000 (giving the English Democrats by far the most cost efficient electoral result of any serious Party in the UK)

  1. I have said it many times. There is no such thing as and English M.P. There are only British M.P.s sitting for English constituencies. British M.P.s will sell England (and therefore their constituents) up the river if their party deems it to be in "British" interests. So none of them stands up and says Oi! This ain't fair! They just blindly vote it through.
I'm reminded of "The Admiral's Song", from Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore. "I always voted at my party's call, and never thought of thinking for myself, at all. I thought so little..."

  2. I caught a headline the other day saying that a government minister feared a "yes" vote by the Scots. This may be a backlash to all the bullying and blackmail and bribery the Scots are now being subjected to. We all hope he is correct and then there will be no need for any of our cash going to Holyrood surely. As for scrapping the prescription charge I can't see it happening as the NHS is desperate for cash and then there is "Austerity". Here where our buses are at risk of disappearing because of the A word, a letter in the papers suggested scrapping the bus pass so that schoolchildren don't have to pay more. We still have another 60% of austerity cuts to come. Austerity is another word for the biggest bank robbery in the history of the world; but in reverse.

Still, I was pleased to hear the BBC describe France's National Front, in connection with the recent elections there as anti-EU and anti-immigration rather than the usual "extreme far right". If they want extreme far right then they should look to the new government in the Ukraine which at last has even given Catherine Ashton a fit of the vapours. It amuses me that they are still trying to lure the Ukraine into the EU, they have already got them caught in the IMF debt trap, whilst the EU is collapsing in the West. It is a bit like pulling a piece of elastic tighter and tighter at one end whilst it is fraying at the other. Hopefully it will soon snap and hit them in their smug little faces.

As regards the Ukraine, I am now getting more and more alarmed by the antics of the New World Order. Most of us want peace and trade between homogeneous nations but the New World Order has other plans. John Kerry has said the Russians should move their troops away from the border but who can blame them when their protegee, severley unbalanced Yulia Timoshenko - a bit like Maggie Thathcer on heroin - has threatened the Russians within the Ukraine and beyond with nuclear obliteration. Fortunately the Russians took away their nuclear weapons 20 years ago but the French are good at supplying the same. And now the Turks are trying to lure NATO into Syria so our troops may be fighting the Russians and the Syrian government. These New World Order people are total lunatics. I assume that the Turks hate the Syrian government because the former are Sunnis and the latter Shias. What's that to do with us? As for the New World Order, I am reading about my hero Enoch Powell who never trusted the American New World Order after the War. I think I share his cynism. Of course, you must remember that America wants to keep selling arms to Saudi Arabia in exchange for oil and those arms have to be used somewhere. Millions have died because of American - and our - arms sales.

Back to euro-matters etc. apparently they are dropping the requirement for our coppers to work their way up through the ranks so they can bring in officers from the Continent - were you aware of this step towards europolicing Robin? - or American shoot to kill coppers from the multicultural crime-ridden hell-hole that is the US which they seem to want to turn Europe into. Don't these fools realise that Europe - and England in particular - was once a much more civilised continent than the North America they so want to turn us into. The Danish national anthem is entitled "There is a lovely land". England was a lovely land as well 60 years ago before these excessively greedy one world lunatics and their infantile utopianist useful idiots got started.
